Staff Qualifications
At WhiteTrees we believe in helping our staff achieve their potential. To this end, we fund the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) Level 3 in Health and Social Care (children and young people) and Level 5 in Leadership Management.
During 2020 we are pleased to announce that 8 level 3 and 1 Level 5 has been achieved so far from our last group of candidates. A further 2 level 3 and 2 level 5 leadership and management candidates are on target for completion by the end of 2020.
