Who is involved?
Our staff, local authorities, governors and families are included in the way that we conduct our business.
Our directors write the procedures, and policies and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. They mentor and train staff to preserve and grow the standards we strive to exceed.
Our working framework
Our residential homes are regulated by Ofsted and undertake Inspections to ensure we meet the requirements of legislative standards. The school is regulated by Ofsted, which includes the Independent School Standards. Local authorities we work with undertake monitoring visits as does our Independent Regulation 44 visitor on a monthly basis. Daily internal compliance is also undertaken for quality assurance of our systems and procedures.
