I started working for the WhiteTrees Group in 2016 as a Children’s Residential Support Worker. I progressed within my role to Senior, then Deputy Homes Manager.  In 2019 I was given a fantastic opportunity to become a Homes Manager!

 

I have a therapeutic degree and this role has given me the chance to ensure this is used within our practice.  I do find my job very rewarding and satisfying and it is great to see our young people progress.
