Pathways are our more rurally located home situated amongst beautiful farmland on the Essex/Cambridgeshire border. The home is within driving distance of the local town and train station which has mainline links to the city of Cambridge. Pathways is a spacious 5-bedroom detached home believed to date back to circa 1940 when it was originally a small farm cottage.

Hi, my name is Belinda a Devenny and I am the registered Homes Manager of Pathways Home.
I started working for the WhiteTrees Group in 2016 as a Children’s Residential Support Worker. I progressed within my role to Senior, then Deputy Homes Manager. In 2019 I was given a fantastic opportunity to become a Homes Manager!
I have a therapeutic degree and this role has given me the chance to ensure this is used within our practice. I do find my job very rewarding and satisfying and it is great to see our young people progress.
