Registered House Manager
Kevin Dobson
Welcome to Conway House
I have worked with young people in both Local Authority and Private residential settings for over twenty-three years where I have had the opportunity to develop my skills in direct work with both EBD and Therapeutic interventions.
Throughout this period, I have had the opportunity to develop my professional working practices through continued personal development and in-depth training opportunities which have enabled me to understand the many behaviors and therapeutic interventions required to support young people both in crisis and requiring guidance and direction on their future pathways to adulthood.
I look forward to continuing my journey and developing further as a Registered Manager with the White Trees Group.
