Welcome to Conway House

Hi my name is Rachael I am the manager here at Conway House, I am looking forward to getting to know you and alongside the team here helping you to achieve your goals and enjoy your stay, I hope you get everything that you need out of your stay with us.

My door will always be open to you and your housemates at Conway House and you can come and talk to me when I am here, I love a chat and a cup of tea so will try to spend time with you when I can. If I am not around, you can talk to any of the team and they will support you and let me know that you would like to see me when I return.

This handbook explains what we do here at Conway House and some of the things you can expect to look forward to while you are here with us. While you are living at Conway House, we all want you to feel safe, and cared for and for you to make it your home. We want you to know that you can come to any of the staff team at any time if you have any questions or need support.

We aim for you to be the best you can be, take every opportunity that is offered and enjoy your time here. You can take part in many different activities, some you might want to do alone or with staff, others you may want to join in with the other young people.

At Conway House, we always provide respect, kindness and a caring approach towards each other. We understand at times this may not always be possible. The staff team are here to support you during this time to make sure that you are always heard and listened to.
